MODIFICATIONS
ELSA rules permit changes to the aircraft after the issuance of the special airworthiness certificate. Modifications to N1769K include:
Split bulkhead to allow access to the tailcone without removing the fuel tank
Modification to the lower engine cowling to move the oil cooler forward to improve airflow
Installation of Angle of Attack hardware
Installation of mechanical fuel gauge (Van's kit)
Relocation of oil pressure sender to the firewall
Installation of new fuel tank vent (Van's kit)
Installation of canopy weatherstripping (Van's kit)
Installation of POH tray and chart holder in cockpit (Van's parts)
Installation of Reiff engine heater
Installation of teflon fuel lines from Aircraft Specialty
